It seems that this time of year my energy decreases. Case in point-- I did not have the energy to get this posted until later than I usual prefer.
There are three things that I can do to increase my energy level.
- Eat better. I've had too many sweets.
- Sleep better. I have been burning the candle at both ends lately.
- Exercise better. Every little but helps and something is better than nothing.
I'll get started on the list right away...as soon as I take a small nap.
